I accept all major health insurance policies(Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, Medical Mutual, Optum, TRICARE, OSU, United Healthcare, CareSource, Molina, OhioHealthy, Cigna/Evernoth, UMR. along with Lyra and ComPsych EAP programs. Additionally, I offer a sliding fee scale for private pay that begins at $90 per session, depending upon military service, student discount and financial need.
